During our years of experience we have seen the benefits of the methodologies we apply to our projects. The implemented methodologies help us to keep the project under control, to develop it within the estimated time and improving our efficiency.
Other methodologies that we apply:
- PMI: international standard for project management. All projects developed has a Project Manager, responsible for time, quality and best standars.
- SCRUM: agile metodology to develop projects. Allow us to track the daily technical department activities and anticipate the unexpected issues. Using this methodology we can adapt to the changes that may arise from customer requirements to enhance our developments. In this model, the end user has a key role and we use to work together in a daily basis during development.
- 6 Sigma process improvement methodology that helps us to continually improve our own development methodology and work.
